Club Championships 2010
Commencing Wednesday 22nd September 2010. Finals/Presentation Sunday October 10th 2010.
Entry Form
All events are open to members over 14 years of age on January 1st 2010.
The under 25 championship is open to members aged 25 or under on the 1st of january 2010
Entrants must be available to play during the above period of time and preferably as follows:
Weekday evenings --- 6.00PM. -10.00 PM & Saturday / Sunday --- 9.00AM. -10.00 PM.
Fee €5.00 entry to cover entry to all events
Doubles Events - make sure your partner's entry form corresponds with your own. Your partner will have to complete his/her own form and include their fee.
Please note - no entries will be accepted without the appropriate fee.
